Kansas Day is Friday, Jan. 29, 2010. Kansas became a state on Jan. 29, 1861. Student Support Services and Educational Talent Search are providing opportunities for people to learn more about Kansas as a part of their TRIO Day activities. ETS will be at Buffalo Jones on Friday to assist the elementary students with activities designed to help them learn more about life in Kansas during the early part of the state's history.…
